How do I book Siani's Solutions?
Choose your service and complete the questionnaire on our Book Now page. You'll receive a package summary, add-ons, and agreement through Square. A 20% retainer secures your date, and the final balance is invoiced 48 hours before the event.
What's included in the digital photo booth?
Every booth booking includes a 2-hour drop-off experience, unlimited digital sharing, a general prop table, custom overlay, and an online gallery. Backdrops, on-site attendants, printing, and keychain stations are available as add-ons.
Do you offer professional photography or videography?
Our in-house content creation is intentionally shot on phone in a candid, vertical, social-ready format — keeping it authentic and letting us deliver within 12–24 hours. Professional photography and videography are available upon request through our creative partner. Just mention it in your inquiry and we'll coordinate the details.
Do you plan events?
We provide event support, not event planning. We handle setup, breakdown, guest assistance, vendor support, timeline support, and hands-on tasks — but we're not decorators, bartenders, or planners.
What's your service area?
We're based in the DMV — Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia — which is included at no additional travel charge. We're also available for events in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey for a quoted travel fee based on distance. For events outside these six areas, reach out and we're happy to quote it individually.
What's your cancellation policy?
The 20% retainer secures your date and is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we'll work with you where we can.
How quickly is content delivered?
Raw content is delivered within 12–24 hours after your event. Edited highlight reels require a 3–5 business day turnaround to ensure the quality we're known for. If you need an edited reel faster, our Rapid Reel option delivers within 24 hours for an additional $75 per reel (available on standalone content bookings).
Can I bundle multiple services?
